From 2014 to 2021, Quentin served as the Co-Founder/Executive Director of The Dare Tactic, fiscally sponsored by Fractured Atlas. During his tenure, Quentin produced 12 Mainstage Productions, 6 FactorEEE Workshops, 5 Spark Grants, 3 Outreach Programs, and served 409 individual artists. 

"The Dare Tactic was a non-profit theatre company dedicated to staging innovative, original works featuring stories by underrepresented voices. The Dare Tactic focused on bridging the gap between academic studies and early-career opportunities by providing a platform for emerging artists to create, explore, fail, and experiment in a safe, supportive environment. We sparked young careers, and watched them grow. " ​
