From 2011-2019, Quentin served as Artistic Director for New Jersey Repertory Theatre. As Artistic Director, Quentin directed 15 productions with students ranging from ages 6-21, and a teen intensive program called "Summer Mock" giving students an intense six-week mock summer stock experience. Below are just some of the productions.
